Transparency in Coverage

The federal Transparency in Coverage rule requires health plans to publish machine-readable files (MRFs) with in-network negotiated rates and out-of-network allowed amounts. The files below are provided in accordance with that rule and are updated as networks publish new data.

Machine-readable files

• MPCN: JSON-format file, contact us for the current download location.
• PHCS Network: compressed file available for download on request.
• PHCS Practitioner + Ancillary: compressed file available for download on request.
